Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered to Austria and Switzerland within 3 - 10 days (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
One of my parcels has not arrived.
As large orders usually don't fit into one parcel, we like to split them up. Sometimes DHL loads or delivers parcels differently. If you have only received one shipment number, please write to us - we have it!
Do you also deliver with other shipping service providers?
Our partner for shipping is currently only DHL.
Do you also deliver to Switzerland or countries outside the EU?
Deliveries to Switzerland or other countries are no problem. Please note that shipping costs may apply.
